Let us help you plan the wedding of your dreams. Below are many of the services that we offer to make the day you tie the knot a special one. Let us know what fits your taste, and we will be sure to accomodate.
VALET PARKING
Although The Club has ample parking, our attendants would be pleased to provide you with this elegant service.
WEDDING CEREMONIES
You may choose to have your wedding ceremony during the day overlooking the golf course and the hills beyond, or at sundown with the same spectacular view. Whenever the time of day, your wedding ceremony can be performed outside at our beautiful gazebo or inside on premise. For an additional charge, you may choose to have butler style champagne with fresh strawberries served to your guests immediately following the ceremony or as your guests arrive to the reception.
VIENNESE DESSERT TABLE
A breathtaking display of Villa Roma Bakery Confections, featuring Petit-fours, Tarts, Cannolis, Cream Puffs, Éclairs, Chocolate Covered Strawberries and an assortment of cookies arranges among pyramids of candle filled glasses and mirrors. Cordials may be added for an additional charge
MINI PASTRIES
Presented on trays and served to each table,this option is perfect for the "catching up" conversations that often occur at family celebrations. The assortment includes petit fours, éclairs, cream puffs, cannolis, tarts and cookies.
ICE SCULPTURES
Our Chef will carve an elegant swan, a beautiful Fruit Basket, or a Heart. Other selections may be available upon request.
CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN
Cream Puffs, Pound Cake, Biscotti, Vanilla Wafers, Marshmallows, Grapes, Pineapple Wedges, Strawberries, Cantaloupe Chunks, Melon Chunks, Pretzels, Rice Krispie Treats and Twinkies.
MAKE YOUR OWN SUNDAE STATION
Create you monument to the good life! Your provisions will include Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry Ice Creams, Chocolate, Caramel, Chunks of Pineapple, Bananas and Fresh Strawberries, Whipped Cream, Walnuts and Sprinkles. And Maraschino Cherries of course!
WINE SERVICE WITH ENTRÉE
A wine glass is pre-set at each place setting, and with dinner, our wait staff will serve your selection of wine to your guests. Alternate choices can be made from our wine list paying per bottle opened.
CHAMPAGNE TOAST
Champagne served to your guests in fluted champagne glasses.
LINEN
The Club provides all white linen. Other colors and styles can be rented at additional cost. Price may vary.
OVERTIME
Overtime is available at the discretion of the management.
RECEPTION TIMES AVAILABLE
Afternoon wedding receptions may be held
from 12:00 noon — 4:00 or 5:00 pm
Evening Wedding Receptions may
begin at 6:00 pm and may extend for as many hours
as an open bar is provided.
Not all weddings and wedding Packages are suited to these times.

GUARANTEED NUMBER OF GUESTS
The Club at Villa Roma enjoys the reputation of being one of the premier eating establishments in the Sullivan County area. In order to warrant closing the restaurant to the public in the evening, there must be a minimum of 140 guests. The guarantee for an afternoon wedding package is 90 guests.
ACCOMMODATIONS
All guest rooms are based on availability and individual reservations must be made through our reservations department. The Bride and Groom will receive a complimentary wedding night suite. Any guest rooms for room block reservations not confirmed with a deposit will be cancelled 45 days prior to the wedding date.
POLICIES AND FEES
All prices quoted are subject to an 18% service charge and 8% sales tax.
A final count with the exact number of guests is required 10 days prior to the event. The number given must be guaranteed. The client is responsible for paying for the number of guaranteed guests and any additional guests served above the guaranteed guest count.
A $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a date for an event. The Club will hold a tentative booking without obligation for 7 days. Within 7 days we must receive the $1,000.00 deposit or the date will not be held. The deposit securing the booking is forfeited if the event is cancelled for any reason, unless the specified date and time are rebooked for another event of equal or greater size. An additional deposit equal to 50% of the estimated total billing must be received at least 90 days prior to the event.
The total balance due is payable in full 10 days prior to the event. All contracts must be finalized and signed within 30 days of receipt of the initial deposit. Any additional charges incurred at the function are due and payable that day at the conclusion of the function.
Items pertinent to the wedding such as seating chart, seating cards, favors, cake servers etc. must be delivered to the Club no later than the day before the wedding.
Final arrangements (i.e. choice of menu, napkin colors, estimated counts etc.) must be made 90 days in advance. All special arrangements are subject to approval. Decorations and/or displays may not be attached to the walls, doors, windows or ceilings.
The person signing the contract will be responsible for any damages to the premises caused by a guest or by decorations.
We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any guest at the event who is not 21 years of age and/or limit the consumption by any guest, for everyone's safety and comfort. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted off the deck. They are only permitted in the reception area, the dining area and on the deck.
We reserve the right to regulate the volume of the music.
The Club at Villa Roma does not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the banquet facility prior to, during or following an event.
Any food or beverage remaining from your event may not be removed from the premises (with the exception of a wedding cake.) All food and beverage items must be prepared and presented by The Club at Villa Roma, with the exception of a wedding cake. Prices are subject to change.
WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES
Items pertinent to the wedding such as matches, napkins, party favors, seating cards, etc...should be delivered the day before the wedding.
