All the above rates are per person per stay based on double, triple and single occupancy. These rates include a minimal gratuity of $5.50 per person per day, which are for the dining room, housekeeping and baggage handling staffs.

A $500.00 deposit is required for every for every 20 rooms reserved. This deposit is refundable up to four (4) months prior to the group's arrival date. If the cancels within the four (4) month period, the group deposit is not refundable.

Rates are subject to change without notice. All rates and charges are subject to the prevailing New York State and Sullivan County sales tax, currently 8.% and a 5% Bed tax which will be added to the above rates. In the event your group has a New York exemption number we will be pleased to honor your exemption providing the total room bill for all your guests is paid by one organizational check prior to the end of your stay.
