A whole new look with a complete renovation: We think you’ll be pleasantly surprised this season when you step into the Club at Villa Roma this spring or summer. It’s a true transformation!
The restaurant now boasts a soft gold, beige, and rust palette with bronze chandeliers and copper accents. You’ll find new carpeting, lighting, wallpaper, chairs, bar area, and more. The magnificent floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful golf course and breathtaking countryside are now framed by window treatments that take your eye from the soft glow of the room to the spectacular vistas that are uniquely Villa Roma.The changes we have made are not only stylistic upgrades, they serve to enhance the identity of our establishment, maintaining our commitment to providing you the most luxurious setting and oustanding amenities that the region has to offer!
The Clubhouse, one of Sullivan County’s premier restaurants, provides spectacular views of the golf course itself as well as the hills beyond through its surrounding walls of glass. The dinner menu (click to download PDF - 216KB) includes Italian-American Cuisine. For a special indulgence visit our Friday Night By The Sea (PDF - 2.6MB). Guests of the hotel are welcome to dine at the Clubhouse as an alternative to the Hotel Dining Room. A per person credit will be issued toward the cost of your dinner. The menu at the Clubhouse is more extensive than that of the Main Dining Room and you may find dining here a pleasant change. Reservations are required.

Wednesday Night: Grand Buffet – an all you can eat extravaganza with more than 25 items to choose from.
Friday Night: Friday by the Sea with a menu full of your favorite seafood specialties!
WE WILL BE OFFERING A FARM TO TABLE MENU EVERY SATURDAY FROM JULY 30 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 3 featuring locally grown produce, meats, poultry, fish and cheese.
Although generally open Monday through Friday (and occasionally on Saturday) from 5:30PM to 9:00PM, reservations are strongly recommended.
