Our resort is a family-friendly, therefore, we have dress and conduct policies that we enforce for the safety and comfort of our guests. Disrespectful conduct or behavior, such as vulgarity, intoxication, theft, excessive rowdiness, excessive noise and all other actions that negatively impact our guests and staff will not be permitted. We reserve the right of expulsion from the resort without refund for anyone who does not comply with these policies.

We are honored to host quiet, well-behaved dogs under 60 lbs. It is necessary to include your dog in your reservation at the time of booking. We will not be able to accommodate unregistered dogs. There is a $30 per dog, per night fee.  To assure the comfort of other guests, please supervise your dog at all times – dog must not be left in your room alone. Please keep in mind dogs are not allowed in the pool area or in any of the resort’s restaurants.  For the safety of your dog and our guests, please make sure your pet is leashed whenever you go out of your room and on Villa Roma property. We encourage you to notify the Front Desk when you and your dog plan to be out of the room so that Housekeeping can safely service your room. There is a $250 fee should the room require deep cleaning following the stay of your pet (this also includes additional cleaning as a result of any traces of urine or feces in the room).  Lastly, it is imperative that outdoors you must clean up after your dog poops and then dispose properly of the plastic doggie poop bag.

If your dog disturbs other guests, or if you ignore other pet rules, the Villa Roma may have no choice but to refuse to continue to accommodate your pet. You agree to defend and indemnify the Villa Roma for any injuries, damages, or loss of revenue to the Villa Roma or a third party caused by your pet. This may include discounts that are given to other guests to address complaints regarding your pet. The Villa Roma reserves the right to charge your credit card provided at check-in for cleaning fees, fees commensurate to the cost of any damages, and loss of revenue as a result of discounts that are made to other guests to address complaints regarding your pet.

We do sell day passes to use certain amenities at the resort. These are of course subject to availability and we advise guests to call ahead to check on prices and availability. Day passes are not offered during the busy summer season.
