So far 2007 and 2008 has certainly been a tumultuous year for Villa Roma. However, with the fire and the floods behind us we are looking forward to the future.

Architectural plans for the new building have been completed. The steel has been erected and we have begun enclosing the rear and sides of the building. In addition, floors have been poured an construction appears to be progressing well.

We have selected Interior Design Force of NYC to design and choose the furniture and fixtures for the new building. Design boards have been completed and are on display at the hotel. Pictures of the design boards can also be found on this website. All the furniture and fixtures have been ordered and I’m sure you will agree that the results will be fantastic.

Along with the rendering of the exterior of the building we have now also posted a rendering of the interior of the new café.

Those of you who have visited us recently have seen many ongoing additional renovations at the resort. Many of the exteriors of the existing buildings have been renovated in a warm Tuscany feel along with stone accents. This style will compliment the look of the new main building. In addition, the entire outdoor pool area has been renovated with paver stones and stone planters and columns. An oversized Jacuzzi hot tub has also been constructed and completed. Ground has been broken on a totally new zero entry pool with play features and plans call for the renovation of the Pool Grill and Pool Bar. No doubt when spring comes around, our outdoor aqua paradise will be a focus of your vacation. Complete renovation of the majority of the hotel’s guest rooms have either been finished or are currently in progress including the addition of spacious two bedroom suites – perfect for the family. And for business travelers, our meeting rooms are completely renovated too.

This past year Timeshare Buildings 1, 2, and 5 have been completely renovated with new hard and soft furnishings. Everything has been ordered to renovate Buildings 18 & 19 this fall, with Building 8 to follow, time permitting.

reservations on either a European or Modified American Plan. Meals are available on site at the Clubhouse Restaurant, Ronnie’s Deli or at the Beechwoods Grill. The Indoor Pool, Bowling Alleys, Gym, Indoor Tennis & Racquetball, Game Rooms, Arcade, Horseback Riding, Paintball Games, Spa Services, tobogganing, sleigh riding and live entertainment are all in full operation. As always we offer discount tickets to ski at Holiday Mountain and complimentary round trip transportation.
